What do Hire and Style provide?
We stock items that are available to hire, to suit any event, on any budget. Our experienced Stylists are available hire too, they can help you design your perfect event with our extensive product ranges and dress the venue on the day.
What is the minimum order?
We have a minimum order of £250.00 excluding delivery.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is calculated based on the volume of items you order and distance from our warehouse in North Yorkshire. We can send you a price once we have received your Wish List, a delivery address and timings. Free collection and drop off is available from our warehouse in Masham.
I want something that’s not on your website, are you able to get it?
We have a very large warehouse full of custom and unique items that may not yet be on our website. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with images/descriptions of what you’re looking for and we can let you know.
How do I hire a stylist for the day?
Once you have confirmed the items you are wanting to hire, a stylist can be booked for your event day. Prices depend on what items you are needing styling/installing and how long you require a stylist on site.
Why do you charge a damage deposit?
This is to cover any damages or losses which may occur during the event and is redeemable following full inventory conducted on the breakdown of the event.
Do you take Amex?
An invoice for your order will be generated and payment will be required via BACS.
How do I confirm my Wishlist and find out you’re prices?
Once you have sent through your wish list, one of our stylists will be in touch with a proposal and prices. When you have confirmed everything you would like to hire, you will be sent a Confirmation Request. The deposit will be required within 7 days to reserve the stock. The balance payment will then be required 90 days prior to delivery of your hire items.
What is dry hire?
Dry hire is a drop of only. Installation and styling are not included.
How long can we hire items for?
Items can be hired for any period depending on availability. Items cannot be purchased.
Can you do a site visit or a client appointment?
We can arrange a stylist to meet you on site to discuss your vision and see the space. This is subject to a £75.00 fee which can then be redeemed against your Hire and Style order when spending over £500.00.
How can I view your products before hiring?
Our warehouse isn’t suitable for client viewings, however we have many images of our items that can be sent in advance of booking.
What’s your cancellation policy?
A minimum £250.00 cancellation fee will be charged in all cases.
12 – 6 months prior – 10% cancellation fee.
28 days – 6 months prior – 50% cancellation fee.
14-28 days prior – 75% cancellation fee.
14-0 days prior – 100% cancellation fee.
